Rift , USA:

Rift is a gorge in Þjórsárdalur with many springs and waterfalls . The largest waterfall called Gjáfoss (or willingly Foss). The divide runs Red River , which springs up in Rauðárbotnum between Sand Fells and Foss heath , far beyond the herding area . She then disappears into the sand on Sea and is called forth from the earth back into Gap.The divide are beautiful rock formations, lava and tuff contributed. Þjórsárdalur called lava lava and covers the whole valley below the gap. It is part of a larger lava referred to as instable Búrfell lava and came up with a row of craters Veiðivötn for about 3000 years. Angelica and luxuriant vegetation grows flowers with lindalækina in Gap.The town Pole in Þjórsárdalur stands for red below the gap.Before Búrfell and Sultartangi plants were built, flowing Þjórsá sometimes across the ocean and into the gap as red (and river ) were sometimes rust brown in ablation .
